05/16/2012: Endoscope project highlighted at Spring CLEO conference

Endoscopic laser microsurgery was one of two highlighted studies at the Spring 2012 CLEO conference where Murat Yildirim presented in front of over 100 scientists. Link

10/01/2011: Renovations for new lab space underway!

The renovation of the Ben-Yakar lab is underway! Three new lab spaces will be constructed, including:

  • New optics lab for high-throughput screenings - this lab will accomodate 5 new floating optical tables that will be connected to the existing 5 optical tables.
  • New C. elegans biology lab.
  • Clean room facility for microfluidic chip fabrication.
