Research:

My research focuses on the use of microfluidic devices to culture and observe embryonic stem cells. We aim to use these devices in conjunction with real time fluorescence reporter imaging, and manipulation of signaling pathways by precisely controlled perfusion to study the basis of lineage choice in stem cell differentiation.
