Ming Pan / Catalysis and Surface Chemistry

Ming completed all the work for his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in May 2013 and then moved to Golden, CO to join the National Renewable Energy Lab as a postdoctoral fellow. Ming accepted a position with BASF in Georgia as a process development engineer/scientist in November 2014. His primary responsibilities with BASF include research and development regarding processes for catalyst scale-up and manufacturing while working closely with research, manufacturing, and commercial groups. Ming's dissertation is entitled "Gold-Surface-Mediated Hydrogenation Chemistry."
