Research:

My research  focused on the fast imaging of biological samples. Laser scanning confocal microscopy is a useful tool for imaging biological samples in 2D and 3D. However, the imaging speed is limited by several factors, such as type of scanning system, resolution, lifetime of fluorophore, etc. My research was investigating 3D imaging of biological samples with high resolution at video rate.
