I develop high-throughput microfluidic technologies to facilitate studies of nerve regeneration and degeneration following axotomy with femtosecond pulse laser systems in the nematode worm, C. elegans. I am currently developing parallelized microfluidic channel devices to trap multiple animals, on which laser nano-axotomy and imaging of neuronal morphology can be performed.
