Research:

I am researching the fate choice of mouse embryonic stem cells through the use of microfluidic technologies and femtosecond laser cell optoporation. I am currently developing a microfluidic system that will enable automated membrane optoporation, genetic knockdowns, and time lapse imaging to study the impact of specific transcription factors on lineage commitment.
